Orissa Engineering College (or OEC), Bhubaneswar, is the first private leading engineering college in Orissa. It was set up in 1986 by Shri Kamini Kanta Patnaik. OEC is a part of Nabajyoti Charitable Trust. The institute provides courses in B.Tech, M.Tech and MBA. OEC provides hostel facilities for all students.

The college is affiliated to the Biju Patnaik University of Technology and has been approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education).
