Valdosta High School is a public high school in Valdosta, Georgia, United States and is home to the winningest football program in the United States with a record 838 wins, 191 losses, and 34 ties. Valdosta High plays its home games at Bazemore-Hyder Stadium located in scenic downtown Valdosta. The official school mascot is the "wildcat". Their cross-town rivals in athletics are the Lowndes vikings who have won state championships in football in 1980, 1999, 2000, 2004, 2005,and 2007. Since 1968, their record against Lowndes County is 33 Wins and 13 Losses , and 0 ties. [1]
