Olathe South High School

Olathe South High School is the second oldest high school in the Olathe Unified School District. Built in 1981, Olathe South stands at the courner of 151st Street and Lennox Road in Olathe. Adjacent to the Olathe South building on the westside of the campus is Indian Trail Junior High. Olathe South current competes at the KSHSAA level as a 6A school. Although OSHS only has 10th-12th grades. Feeder schools into Olathe South are Frontier Trail Junior High, Indian Trail Junior High School, parts of Oregon Trail Junior High, and Chisholm Trail Junior High School. Olathe South's official colors are blue and gold and its official mascot is the Falcon. Olathe South is nationally recognized as a National Blue Ribbon School. [1]
