Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology is the oldest community college in Ontario, founded in 1966. It is located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada; its four campuses are situated to serve the eastern portion of the Greater Toronto Area. In 2007, the college opened a satellite in the west end. [1]

Centennial College is recognized as one of the most culturally diverse post-secondary institutions in Ontario. Almost 100 ethno-cultural groups are represented and 80 languages are spoken on campus. It offers more than 100 applied degree, diploma and certificate programs on a full- and part-time basis in business, communication arts, community and consumer services, engineering technology, health and transportation. A publicly funded college, Centennial supports enrollments of 12,000 full-time students and 28,000 part-time learners annually. [1]
