We had a great time! Two of our rooms were upgraded to suite rooms, our transport to and from Kalibo was impeccably arranged, and all our requests were facilitated immediately. I was also surprised when the representative from Southwest transport at Kalibo airport, Lilibeth, arranged a group check-in for us for our return flight to Manila. We just had to relax at Miggy's restaurant while the efficient team from Southwest brought our bags to the airport and checked us in. It was a service I did not ask for and I was pleasantly surprised to receive it. It was a big help to us, considering we were a group of 13 on our flight home. - Grace M. (Nov. 2006)
Location
Escondido resort was very nice and just right for the needs of our group (we were a group of 16). It was tucked away in a quiet area but near enough to the beach and bars/restaurants. - Grace M. (Nov. 2006)
