Rooms are very clean and well maintained. They may just need a little bit more sound proofing to filter out sound from autos passing by. I highly recommend the 3 penthouse units (Best would be the east unit facing Sabang Beach!).

It has a great view of Tropicana Castle. This is probably the nicest castle structure in the Philippines.
