- Overview
(formerly Lido Restaurant) Known for their Cantonese-style 'pugon-roasted pork asado' (cha sio ma), which they have been serving since 1930. This atmospheric joint is one of last remaining 'gentleman's restaurant' where long hours are spent over siphon-brewed coffee which, according to some connoisseurs, is the best in Chinatown. Ditto with their chami noodles.
