| Wrap the basket with clear cellophane. Center the basket on a long sheet of cellophane. Pull the cellophane up all over the parts of the basket and protected in the top in a twist tie up. Tie a great ribbon in a bow around the cellophane, where the wire is holding it together, and fluff away the cellophane above the bow to a finished look.
